Beer description
Brewed in collaboration with our friend Simon 'Babou' Bastarache in honour of his 40th birthday, this rustic beer was matured for 6 months in Côtes-du-Rhône barrels on grape marc from the Domaine DesDuc vineyard (Témiscamingue). This nectar stands out for its vinous taste, pinkish colour and rustic aromas generated by the addition of 7 strains of Brettanomyces.
