Beer description
Brewed in collaboration with our friend Simon "Babou" Bastarache in honour of his 41st birthday, this rustic beer was aged for 12 months in oak barrels on grape marc from the Domaine DesDuc vineyard (Témiscamingue). This nectar stands out for its vinous taste, pinkish colour and rustic aromas generated by the addition of 3 strains of Brettanomyces.
