Elliott Bay - All the Saison Ladies

Hazy, golden yellow with white lacy head. Bubble gum, spice, and lightly fruity aroma. Bubble gum, coriander, herbal, and floral. Light, effervescent body. Audra from Big Time Brewery helped Brewer Lisa make this delicious dry hopped Saison using the Pink Boots Hop Blend. This year's blend includes Loral, Glacier, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Sabro. The herbal, floral, and spice notes of these hops complement and bring out the character of the Belgian yeast.Pink Boots is an organization supporting, educating, and connecting women in the beer industry. EBBC will donate $1/pint to the PBS.
