Beer description
In this version of Beer Love, the main ingredient is Tonka Bean seeds derived from an Amazonian plant called Dipteryx Odorata. Its unmistakable taste in this case is the result of their use, giving a slight hint of vanilla and a sweet spice feed back.
Beer Love Tonka presents itself with an excellent ivory-white foam, rich, compact, as soon as it is poured it easily tends to form splendid and abundant Brussels lace. On first olfactory examination, it presents a broad aromatic richness, with good olfactory intensity. Beer Love Tonka expresses very interesting malty scents such as cereals, acacia honey, wildflower honey and bread crust. As far as spicy scents are concerned, it provides a feed back of sweet spice and vanilla, a characteristic of the Tonka bean, with a very light and subtle herbaceous note, typical of high quality craft beers. It leaves a very clean and elegant nose, despite the fact that almost all the aromatic notes refer to a world of sweetness that we will also find on the palate, all in a balance sought and achieved after long research. On first tasting, it expresses a sweet taste, but without being excessive or cloying. The bitterness is initially absent and only becomes perceptible rather timidly at the end.
