Beer description
This mixture of spontaneously fermented beer is matured on local raspberries. Coolship Red with Pilsner malt, 40% raw wheat and aged hops. After over two years of fermentation and aging in oak barrels, we add raspberries and let them rest for another four to five months. The finished beer has a bright red color with an aroma of raspberry and oak. Its raspberry flavor is offset by notes of light sparkling, apricot and a sour, dry finish.
