From award-winning homebrewer Tim McKee and our resident pilot brewer, Allen Moelleman, comes a very old style of German ale. Altbier originated in the Rhineland, especially around the city of Düsseldorf. The aroma is malty and clean with restrain esters. In the flavor you find an assertive hop bitterness that matches well with the malt character.
