Beer description
Alliage #20 is a blend of beers matured in oak barrels. The different beers in this blend come from the cellars of Le Prospecteur and the Microbrasserie À la Fût (Saint-Tite). More specifically, this beer is a blend of 51% Ékorchée (Saison with Ékorce Kombucha, 2021), 43% Saison du Maringouin (Saison 100% abitibienne, 2020) and 6% LambiQc (Microbrasserie À la Fût de St-Tite, 2017). A mixed fermentation in oak barrels makes this beer tart, fruity, delicately woody and offers a distinguished touch of Brettanomyces. (SRM 5)
