Beer description
Alliage #21 is a blend of beers aged in oak barrels from our Ékorce winery and kombucha in Val-d'Or. More specifically, this beer is a blend of 50% Or-Val'd (Belgian Saison) aged 13 months, 25% Blanche du Prospecteur (Witbier) aged 15 months and 25% Piña Colada Kombucha from our friends at Ékorce. Mixed fermentation in oak barrels makes this beer tangy, fruity and delicately woody, with a distinctive touch of Brettanomyces. The addition of kombucha brings out the coconut and pineapple notes that round out this thirst-quenching beverage (SRM 4).
