Beer description
Little Bit is a wheat pilsner that is modestly hopped with Saaz and Saphir and cold-conditioned for nearly six weeks. While we love traditional lager, it is important for us to use new techniques and recipes to push ourselves and learn more about lager as a whole. We use wheat often in pale ales and IPAs because of the softness and subtle sweetness that it provides and we are really digging how this came out in pilsner form. It is also unfiltered as to not strip any proteins that make this beer so special.
