Beer description
Loss of Tradition is an NE-style IPA brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat, and oats and double dry-hopped with Callista, Hüll Melon, Citra and Amarillo. Callista and Hüll Melon are two hop varieties developed at the Hüll Hop Research Center in Hallertau, Germany. This beer is an opportunity to make a unique IPA with two of the most exciting aroma varieties currently being grown in a country that inspires us in so many ways.
