Brasserie Sir John Brewing Co. - Alors Ce Hamburger?

We're not here for the green salad with Alors ce Hamburger? a double IPA hopped with Citra, Galaxy & Hallertau Blanc hops. Beneath its pale haze are notes of citrus and candied tropical fruit that will make you wonder who's putting marmalade in their burger! On the palate, when we said we weren't here for the salad, it's clear, with a green edge that's pretty much absent! This is followed by a smooth texture and flavours as fruity as the nose. "How was the burger?" This hamburger is a delight, that's what it is!
