Beer description
Our interpretation of winter Belgian beers, the Nöel. Warm and persuasive, the nose expresses hints of strawberry and dog rose, while in the mouth the caramel turns towards dried fruit. The bitterness of hops is enhanced by the arquebuse of our valleys, Tanacetum vulgare, a herb that smells of wormwood and gentian.
