A modern West Coast IPA. East coast hazies are out and Westies are back in! All hail the best coast, returning to a drier more balanced profile with a large aromatic hop load to back it up. Best Coast is brewed like a West Coast classic but the new school take is drier, cleaner and snappier. A hop combo of Mosaic, Motueka and Simcoe featuring oils and pellets mean waves of hop aroma featuring Melon, guava, pine needles and raspberry couli. A clean uncomplicated malt base lets the hops shine as they should. Layers of hop flavour blend with a dry oily mouthfeel and finish in an assertive smooth bitterness.
