Amakusa Sonar - Faithful

This is the season when various citrus fruits are in season. This time around, we have used luxurious Shiranui (Dekopon) from Uki City, Kumamoto Prefecture, and plums from Nagano Prefecture, which are high in dietary fibre, vitamins and other nutrients. The sourness of the plums and kiwi is accentuated by the sweetness of the dekopon and melon. Soft ice cream from Nagata Reika in Amakusa City, with a soft and fluffy mouthfeel.
