- The white, compact foam has remarkable basic characteristics in terms of both fineness and density, as well as adherence and persistence. - A deep gold coloured beer, clear and crystalline. - Discreet olfactory intensity. The nose ranges from arboreal hints of lime, freshly cut grass to hints of toasted malt with fresh spicy perceptions. Citrus notes are easily recognisable as it is an Ale enriched by dry hopping with hops such as Cascade. With the passage of time you can perceive fresh vegetable notes of medicinal herbs. - On the palate it is pleasantly sparkling, with medium body. - In the mouth the herbaceous notes become prominent and the spices are enriched with bitter, slightly pungent notes, in addition to ginger, freshly cut grass and the pleasantly fresh aromas of hops. - The retro-olfactory persistence is discreet, very fresh, with a pleasantly dry finish. - The balance with the body is skilful, round and satisfying, the moderate bitterness is wisely balanced with the toasted malt.
