Beer description
An American Pale Ale style beer, well hopped and greedy, 5% alcohol vol. Notes of tropical fruits and citrus fruits on the nose and in the mouth, a bitterness that is present but not pervasive, a slight roundness but very refreshing. To obtain this balance we worked for a long time on this recipe, which is made with bread! Indeed, in order to fight against food waste, this beer is brewed from 70% barley malt and 30% recycled bread.
