Ambiani Hortellus

Hortellus celebrates the hortillonnages of Amiens, a place that has nourished the city for centuries. A gourmet recipe was needed to represent all these delicious fruits and vegetables, and an amber colour to recall the colour of its rich soil. The East Coast IPA style is less bitter and more fruity than its counterpart on the West Coast of the United States; the Hortellus is fruity, aromatic, with a slightly caramel body, has a marked but not sharp bitterness, and is well balanced and gourmet.
