We have a new mini-series for you - American Classic, in which we will be taking on American beer classics. First up is a Pale Ale that originated in 1980 in California, the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. It is the foundation of the beer revolution in America. It has topped the charts of the best craft beers in the US for many years. We first drank it in 2004 and always return to this beer with great enthusiasm. This is what the beer revolution tasted like at the beginning of its journey!
