Beer description
The beer poured clear and nearly black. Its head was medium sized lightly brown. Aroma had vanilla, wood, sweetness, raisins and malts. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, vanilla, wood, caramel, toasted malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody, malty and bitter. A bit boozy and unbalanced brew with pleasant barrel notes.
