Anderson's Hannibal

Jet black colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, dark beige head. Extraordinary clean, "true", chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, Belgian chocolate, chocolate with high cocoa percentage, very cautious fruity overtones of blueberry. Taste is initially roasty dark malty and alcoholic, slightly chocolately, a touch of coconut; slightly fruity interlude with a touch of blue grapes, morello and blueberry. The alcoholic part turns out to be slightly ephemeral, but it takes until the finish to reach harmony of flavours and to re-establish the pure chocolateliness of the aroma.
