Spontaneous, sour

Beer description
Pours slightly hazy reddish-brownish-amber colour, small white head. Aroma is soursweet, caramelly, fruity, bit bretty, woody, redcurrant. Taste is woody, fruity, red fruits, cherries, bretty. Toffe in taste and aftertaste. Lots of woodiness everywhere. Light to medium body, bit over average carbonation. Easily drinkable, rather sweet example of style, but overally drinkable and enjoyable.
