Beer description
Dark beer with low fermentation produced following an ancient Bavarian recipe. The foam, whose aroma is reminiscent of toasted dried fruit, is creamy and beige in colour. There is no addition of aromas: all its characteristics derive from the skilful use of roasted malts and selected hops.
On the nose it has evident notes of coffee, liquorice and dried fruit but without sensory excesses. On the palate it is structured, satisfying and delicate. Ideal match with stews and desserts.
