Beer description
Soft, velvety, enveloping, and creamy. A slow, sinuous dance where chocolate and hazelnuts envelop you in the warmest embrace, followed by a coffee-flavored kiss.
APPEARANCE: In the glass it displays a dark brown color with mahogany reflections, the cappuccino-colored foam forms a compact crown about a finger thick, as is typical for Stouts.
ON THE NOSE: The bouquet initially expresses itself with aromas of toasted hazelnut, freshly ground coffee beans and chocolate and caramel fudge, a few seconds of lingering in the pint then allow memories of wafers, bitter cocoa, 60% dark chocolate and blackberry berries to emerge.
ON THE PALATE: On the palate, it reveals moderate yet perceptible carbonation, in keeping with its stylistic parameters, a decidedly lean body complemented by the typical velvety texture of oats that softens the bold roasted character expressed through hints of bitter cocoa, cold-brewed coffee, and dark chocolate. On the sides of the tongue, a hint of blueberry and blackberry lends pleasant complexity, pairing well with the distinct sensation of dark chocolate that dominates the palate before giving way to a bitter finish reminiscent of cold-brewed coffee.
Im Glas klassisch: Schwarz mit dunklem Schaum, im Geruch erstaunlich beerig, im Geschmack erstaunlich getreidig
