Spóldzielnia Pszczelarska Apis - Trójniak Piastowski

Yelow and quite clear pour. Nose is like daiginjo, sort of yeasty. Lightly sweet. Tastes nice sweet and light beeswax bitterness. Bit cloying, but not too much. Smooth, bit of booze but balanced and warming. Simple bit well done.
