Spóldzielnia Pszczelarska Apis - Trójniak Staropolski

Dark amber color, flat. Aroma is deep honey, a tiny bit of umeshu, some green stuff even, wood. Taste is dark fruits, forest, wood, medium sweet, good character there. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Good stuff, it's got a lot of character and apparently this is without any kind of spicing or fruits, untypical for Apis.
