Le Prospecteur - Apnée Du Soleil

Apnée du Soleil is a hybrid white stout. It has a wide range of flavours, including coffee, cocoa, vanilla and coconut. English yeast and English grain add a touch of biscuit and a hint of wood to this beer. With your eyes open, it's a white, but with your eyes closed, it's a black. (SRM 6)
