Low head and carbonation to allow malt characters to blend and develop with cellar aging. Extremely dark beer with a swirl of dark tan head that coats the rim of the glass. Notes of Whiskey, oak, roasted malts, sultanas, and even liquorice explode from the glass once the beer warms a little. The palette is a touch dry which allows you to go back for more of this massive beer to once again discover great treacle and roasty characters on the tastebuds. You'll find everything from raisins to vanilla hidden away behind the boozy, oaky flavours to this beer.
