Beer description
Cyser bochet with maple and marshmallow flavors.
Northern Michigan heritage apples were the base for this mead. Planted at a small family farm in 1941, the cider from these trees’ apples provides a delicately acidic base to this mead. Caramelized honey and marshmallow add various levels of sweetness, and maple rises through the meadosphere to make this a northern Michigan delight. Golden amber color.
