Beer description
This beer was born from some of the oldest, most precious oak barrels we’ve had the pleasure of filling. Arada is blended from beer spanning multiple seasons of spontaneous brewing that was fermented and aged in barrels that had previously held Oloroso Sherry for 15-30 years. It’s amazing how well Sherry works with this style of beer - layers of dried fruit, vanilla and a distinct nuttiness from the oak balance the minerality and punchy acidity of the base to help create one of our most complex and intriguing Music Vale blends to date.
