The Arcobräu Schloss Hell is a clear, golden-yellow beer specialty with a small, quickly dissolving foam crown. One perceives a rather mild aroma of hops, hay, grain, and malt. The initial taste is sweetish and yet hoppy, while the medium body makes the beer very drinkable.
