When doing research on Arizona native ingredients, pecans were amongst the list of plentiful items. In fact, we are the 4th most post producing pecan state in the USA and the #1 exporter of pecans to Europe. We DO NOT purchase pecans from the Picacho groves, rather we source from the World’s largest irrigated Pecan grove, Green Valley Pecan Company. Yep, we model the flavor profile after a pecan pie and legend has it we even throw some pies in the mash to commence the start of fall.
