Like many brewers, Chad (our Woodnotes Cellar Assistant) has a preference for pilsners. He brewed this in the Italian style—heavily dry-hopped with fruity and floral European hops—for flavors of lemongrass, orange rind, and white bread and an elegant dry finish. Pairs well with gabagool.
