Arizona Wilderness Brewing - Counoise Piquette

Borrowing a technique from winemakers, we rested a blend of golden, oak-aged mixed-culture beers on second-use Counoise grapes from Page Springs Cellars' Colibri Vineyard. Those grapes still had a lot of love to give, and they imbued this beer with notes of pear, granny smith apple, honey, and white pepper to go with a quenching, tart finish.
