Arizona Wilderness Brewing - Desert Ghost (Fantome Collab)

This iteration of Desert Ghost was born when Woodnotes Cellar Manager Nick traveled to Belgium in May 2023 to collaborate with iconic traditional Saison brewer Dany Prignon, owner of Fantôme Brewery in Soy, Belgium. It was brewed with Arizona-grown Mexican Tarragon and a secret blend of herbs and spices. Which ones? “The Fantôme never gives up his secrets!”
