Beer description
This Woodnote Cellar farmhouse ale was fermented with our house saison strain and Brettanomyces to give it a bright flavor with notes of lemon flesh, dried apricot and white grapes. It was aged in 100% French oak before being blended with our house blonde ale for a total maturation time of 16 months. This beer was fermented to complete dryness, giving it a soft vinous finish
