Beer description
A mixed-culture sour beer brewed with regenerative organic certified Red Fife wheat and aged 10 months in French oak barrels. Refermented on local exotic citrus—including limequats, rangpur, and yuzu—and steeped with fresh orange blossoms. Naturally conditioned with Rango wildflower honey. Brewed exclusively for Cellar Co-op members.
