Arizona Wilderness Brewing - Kernza Lager

This wildly drinkable lager was brewed in collaboration with Patagonia Provisions to showcase Kernza, a deeply rooted perennial grain that stabilizes and improves soil, prevents erosion, and conserves water. Whereas most grains are planted and harvested annually, Kernza stays in the ground year after year, developing roots up to 12 feet long. Perennial crops like Kernza increase ecosystem nutrient retention and can help mitigate the effects of the climate crisis
