Beer description
A “trompe l'oeil”, or an optical illusion of sorts, this beer packs smokey flavor and aroma in an unassuming, delicately light color. It's made with Lapsang Souchong tea from Tucson Tea and rested in barrels that once held Islay whiskey. Expect notes of wood smoke, dried tropical fruits, pine resin, and apricot, with a slightly acidic finish.
