This “beer” is a beautiful representation of our brewers interests in the periphery of our craft; hence we created a beer/wine hybrid aged on second use local blackberries/apricots. Cabernet Sauvignon juice from Page Springs’ acclaimed Colibri vineyard in the rugged Chiricahua Mountains layers vinous flavors in with fruit sustainably used to the end of its effective life.
