Arizona Wilderness Brewing - Malbec Piquette

Borrowing a technique from winemakers, we rested a blend of golden, oak-aged mixed-culture beers on second-use Malbec grapes from Carlson Creek Vineyards in Willcox. Those grapes still had a lot of love to give, and they imbued this beer with notes of black cherry, plum, pomegranate, and black pepper to go with a quenching, tart finish
