Beer description
A collaboration beer with The Grand Canyon Brewery. This farmhouse saison derives characteristics from locally sources pistachios from the Arizona Pistachio Co. out of Sanoita, AZ. The pistachios were coarsely ground and steeped in the fermenter post fermentation to exhibit subtle creamy nut tones and a unique mouth feel as the lipids from the nuts fill the palate. Sonora white wheat from Sossaman Farms lay a canvas for this rustic ale. Overall this balance and exclusive locality make this beer perfect for the hot summer months.
