Beer description
Kettle soured similar to our BWBW, this Sour wheat ale was fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces Lambicus and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, both derived with the Senne Valley of Belgium. The acidiy from the lactic bacteria, blends well with the dry, phenolic Brett yeasts.
