Arizona Wilderness Brewing - Shadows, Colors, Clouds

An imperial stout aged in Old Elk barrels with heavy additions of vanilla beans from the Kingdom of Tonga. Tongan vanilla beans, in comparison to more common vanilla beans from Madagascar or Tahiti, have a more intense flavor and are often described as fruity, with notes of cherries, marshmallow, and hickory. Brewed exclusively for members of the Wilderness Cellar Co-op.
