Beer description
When sourcing ingredients for our beers, we try to always keep it SLO—sustainable, local, and organic. Both the watermelon and the chiltepin peppers used in this beer follow those guidelines: The watermelons are from Hauser & Hauser Farm and the peppers were locally foraged by the Northern Jaguar Project. A little extra rest on second-use blackberries, a little bottle-conditioning with Rango Honey, and you get a sour ale full of sweet heat.
