Beer description
Inspired by the delicious, low-abv, refreshing beverage called "Tejuino" most popular in Jalisco, Mexico. This mixed-culture sour beer is brewed with AZ grown Sinagua barley, AZ grown Polenta from Hayden Flour Mills, AZ limes (Pinnacle Peak), piloncillo sugar, and little salt.
