Beer description
This mixed culture ale was fermented with grapes from the Villaverde family farm, located in Cottonwood, AZ. The grapes—75% Tannat and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon—were macerated on pale base beer during fermentation to allow the juice and native microbes to add their terroir. Naturally conditioned in bottles and kegs with house mixed-culture of yeast and bacteria.
