Arpus - Tropical Riot

Premiered at Beer Geek Madness 2025! Stu Mostów Brewery and Arpus Brewery go way back, regularly meeting at various festivals. This time, they joined forces to deliver an over-the-top fruity sour. A unique blend of fruits was chosen, featuring classic mango and pineapple, balanced by the tartness of sour cherry and slightly astringent pomegranate. All of this is elevated with a touch of vanilla, adding a dessert-like sweetness and enhancing the beer's sweet profile. The malt base is built on a combination of barley, wheat, and oat flakes. Fruit-packed, tart, and smooth.
