Beer description
Nose: An Alluring nutty aroma. Followed-up by Toasted malt, toffee, and faint hint of aniseed.
Palate: Follows the nose. Toasted malt, burnt toffee, and the liquorice flavouring is prevalent. Some light floral hops linger to produce a welcomed bitterness.
Appearance: Pours a dark chestnut shade, with a white head.
Finish: Body is medium, oily texture with an ever so slight carbonation.
Comments: Very drinkable bitter – the malty flavours with a slight touch of hop creates a thoroughly enjoyable session beer.
