Beer description
Between history and legend In the 16th century, a group of Calabrian monks of the Order of the Minimen, founded by St. Francis of Paola, who had built a monastery in Munich, began to brew a special beer for their own use in 1634. This is how the first wheat beer was born. A German beer but with deep Calabrian origins. Today, thanks to the CALABRÄU craft brewery, this ancient tradition returns to Calabria to be discovered with every sip of this SPECIAL beer.
