Beer description
Brewed as part of the Radius Project 2019, we were chosen alongside 9 other breweries from the UK and Europe to brew a beer with ingredients from a 20 mile radius around their brewery.
We used our house cultures of yeast and bacteria to ferment a wild ale, brewed with water from a borehole beneath the brewery, malted barley and rye from Warminster Maltings (just under 20 miles away) and damsons picked from our landlords garden, directly behind the brewery.
The results are this tart and funky beer with flavourful damson taste and aroma.
